These fall apart very quickly!
You get what you pay for. Don't buy this. I'm not usually picky about toothbrushes and I've never had such a break in a few weeks. The photo shows the upper (terminal) bristles that are bent and deformed. This is the 2nd of 4 and the 1st has done the same within a few weeks. When the bristles are bent, they suddenly become like hard plastic. Cheap! Pay a little more for better quality that will last.
