Review on symplr Provider by David Norwood

I love how easy it was for my office staff to use. It really helped us organize our providers in one place; we were able to quickly pull up their info with out having to look through multiple sources. I think what they could do better would be more of, well, training! We had some issues loading our profiles initially but once everything loaded it was great. The system allows people within our organization to access each other's personal information without actually talking directly to them which helps save time as far as scheduling goes. Having everyone have the same profile makes it easier when there are questions about someone who isn't present or doesn't answer emails right away.
