symplr Provider - Great staff and easy workflow

I love that I can search by location or specialty very quickly. I also like being able to add providers, edit their profiles, etc. in one place. The interface could use some work. It still looks like it came from 2006. But it's not terrible! The biggest thing I would say is that it takes time to figure out how everything works. There are quite a few features to learn about, but once you do you will be able to find what you need with ease. Providers can update their info online, which makes…

I love how easy it was for my office staff to use. It really helped us organize our providers in one place; we were able to quickly pull up their info with out having to look through multiple sources. I think what they could do better would be more of, well, training! We had some issues loading our profiles initially but once everything loaded it was great. Easy Way To Manage Benefits: symplr Provider

The best thing about this software is that it has a lot of features which can be used to manage your practice with ease.The only thing that I have found to be a bit annoying is that it is somewhat slow sometimes. It is really easy to use and has made managing my staff's benefits extremely easy. It is a great software that I highly recommend. Very good and simplified medical billing software

I like how simple it was for me as well my staff members in order process applications quickly with just one click of button! The benefits are endless when you have proper training done by Sympler's team which we did not receive at this time because they were very busy doing other projects but will be rectifying soon after their project completion!! I like how customizable this tool can be! It helps me keep track of my providers in one place while also giving them access to our electronic health record via their smart phone applications or laptops/desktops when they visit us at work (which saves time). Very good software and easy to use interface

I like how it can be customized as well for different states or countries which makes us more efficient when we are comparing with our competitors in other state/countries who have already set up their system accordingly before they started working here! The support team was not very helpful at times (not sure if this has something related specifically about my account).
