There are many other positive reviews so I won't waste time repeating what others have said because I believe all good things are true. I just wanted to address the fact that I read some reviews that stuck with me and apparently happened to me too; When the mug was almost empty and I lifted it almost vertically to fill up the rest of the drink, I hit my nose with the rubber stopper at the top, which is annoying when it's wet with coffee. What I discovered The weird thing is that the top can be lowered by a soft "stop" until it bounces on its own. This locks the top in the open position much further than it will go on its own, and as a result the stopper is well out of the reach of all but the biggest noses. The instructions might say something about it, but it's a coffee mug and I didn't think I needed to read the instructions!
