Zojirushi SM SA60 BA Stainless Steel 20 Ounce Review

If you look inside the lid of this mug you can see what the white (removable) piece is holding in place. It's a tiny piece of plastic, about 1/8" wide and 1/6" tall. That's all. It's going to break for you, and after speaking to the company, you're out of luck. The replacement part costs HALF the total cost of the cup. Be prepared to invest more in this product than stated.

I liked it very much until about two weeks later. I washed it with soap and now my coffee always tastes like soap. I even tried boiling the small ingredients to get rid of the soap residue but it didn't work. I don't know why the rubber or inner liner sticks so much to the soap but it's very disappointing.
