I am ashamed that I did not read the reviews before ordering this bag. Bag made of lightweight, water-repellent nylon. This is definitely not a waterproof bag. Also, the fabric isn't very durable, so the bag won't last long if you're carrying heavier items, traveling to places where tree branches often scratch, or if a person just tosses their bag instead of gently laying it on the ground. Yes, the color (Yellow) is perfect, the reflective security stripe is a great touch, and the external zip allows access to frequently used items, which is a huge benefit over other bags. BUT. What good is detail and function if the bag isn't truly waterproof and will fail due to the integrity of the fabric? 🤷‍♂️
