Enables 4k HDCP 2.2 for HDCP 1.4 4k devices

For it to work make sure you have the HEVC codec for Windows 10 installed. It costs $1 in the Microsoft Store. Install the HDCP 2.2 side of this device to your HDCP 2.2 graphics card. Then take the HDCP 1.4 side of this device and mount it in an HDCP 1.4 compliant monitor or TV. For 4k to work you need either the Microsoft Edge browser or the Netflix app. You can press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D while Netflix is running the video to check the output playable resolution. Don't forget to give it buffer time to start playing in true 4k. Works with a multi-monitor setup on Windows 10 using the Microsoft HEVC codec (the codec was supposed to be made available for free by Microsoft, but they wanted to milk that extra $1). I think) Enjoy it all HDCP is a nightmare and switching this way only hurts the people who are actually paying for their content.
