Review on 💧 Enhance Water Quality with Culligan D 30A Filtration Replacement Cartridge by Darrell Beecher

I purchased this set of 2 filters 3 months ago in preparation for my next water filter change. We used another brand before and just installed our latest one. We didn't want to go to our normal shop in town for replacements during Covid so I ordered them from Revain as they looked almost the same as our other brand. OMG, big mistake. We installed one yesterday following the flush instructions (as have all our previous ones for the last 30 years), got drunk on the water and had to spit it out. I've tried running way more water through the system twice (which wasted about 100 gallons total) and still the same thing - the water tasted horribly chemical. Our unfiltered water was better (despite chlorine taste). So we replaced one filter with another (there were two in the package). Same problem. The water tasted like there was some kind of chemical solvent in it. That means there's something seriously wrong with these filters (or we somehow broke them). So we returned our old filter (until we got another one) and threw the two new ones in the bin, a waste of money as it's too late to return them to Revain.
