Review on iHotel by Charles Quinones
User friendly and useful program with great support
It's very easy using this software for any size of hotels or even small ones like mine! I have never encountered an issue while working in it because everything is so user-friendly that anyone can use without having problems getting started; plus there are many tutorials online if needed as well which makes learning how things work much easier than just reading through documentation alone (which would take forever). There really isn't anything bad about my experience thus far other then maybe not knowing what all features they offer but once we get familiarized those will be fixed too no doubt :) We're able book rooms quickly from anywhere at anytime by logging into our computer/phone via wifi connection rather easily compared to booking over phone lines where sometimes time outs occur making us wait longer until someone answers etc..

- Also great functionality within app itself especially since mobile device compatibility was included early enough along side desktop versions being available instead later after initial release years ago before this came up ;P Asides basic needs most aspects seem pretty good now overall :3 Allows you do almost whatever thing your heart desires
