My device has a one second delay. Every time I turn on the device it takes some time to reconnect, sometimes it happens automatically, sometimes it has to be disconnected and reconnected to the USB slot. The volume of the music is great, no problem with that. This is an alternative to not having to worry about the cable in the car and to save your phone's battery, but it's not perfect and it's not fast, apart from the lag, it works well.
