Car keeps turning off while driving

At least 3 functions unused, one of which prevented opening the trunk with the remote control. It was installed by a professional but after installation the car suddenly turns off while driving. keep loading The mechanic checked, everything is in its place. The product has a defect or problem from the manufacturer. Got a second opinion and was told the same thing. The item is defective somewhere.
