With only 2 net carbs and 0 grams of sugar, this shake is a lifesaver for those on a low carb/ketogenic diet. This smoothie is very similar to Shakology vegan chocolate with no added sugar or carbs. Additionally, TOPBIT Protein Powder is grain free as the protein comes from pea/sunflower/pumpkin and not the oat/rice/quinoa protein that Shakology contains. At almost 1/6 the price of Shakology, TOPBIT Protein is very affordable and value for money. For my daily shake, I mix 1 scoop or TOPBIT with 1.5-2.0 cups coconut or almond milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop Perfect Keto MCT oil powder, and 8 ice cubes; Sometimes I add extra powders like veggies, superfoods, etc. This makes the portion larger than average, but with so much milk it's not gritty at all, even with the extra ingredients I add. I'm really impressed with this cocktail and will definitely order again. It would be great to shop for flavors other than chocolate at Revain.
