I like how easy it was to use for my team members who are not tech savvy at all! It's very user friendly so anyone can pick up quickly with minimal training needed from our IT department or myself as an adminstrator of this system in conjunction w/the vendor support staff!! The only thing we dislike about CommaCMms (aside form any other product)is their lackadaisy billing process which takes forever compared too some competitors out there such as Fleetcorp where you pay one bill per month instead if multiple bills throughout each year. We've been able solve many problems since implementing commacmms including tracking repairs done by field personnel vs those performed internally through maintenance departments using different software systems within fleet management companies across North America. !
