I like how it automatically updates my work orders in case of any changes to them as well as any new ones are created. It's very easy for me to view all information regarding an equipment item by navigating through various screens. Sometimes when you're going back and forth between screens with different tabs open there can be some confusion as to which screen you need to go back to depending on what tab you were just on before. Easy to use interface for both technicians as well scheduling department. Able to organize multiple entities in one system with ease of access from anywhere via internet or mobile devices (tablets). I like how easy it was to use for my team members who are not tech savvy at all! It's very user friendly so anyone can pick up quickly with minimal training needed from our IT department or myself as an adminstrator of this system in conjunction w/the vendor support staff!! The only thing we dislike about CommaCMms (aside form any other product)is their lackadaisy billing process which takes forever compared too some competitors out there such as Fleetcorp where you pay one bill per month…
