Easy to use interface for both technicians as well scheduling department. Able to organize multiple entities in one system with ease of access from anywhere via internet or mobile devices (tablets). Customer service was not great at this time but they are trying new things now! Great tool when used properly it can save you tons off paper work which makes everyone happier!! It's easy enough anyone should be able understand how simple yet very powerful software works once introduced into their organization/department. I like that it has an easy to use interface for our technicians to log in and schedule their work orders. It also allows us to track our customer service issues through tickets. The software does not have any built in reports or data analysis tools and we would highly recommend getting a third party tool to help you with this. We are able to see what equipment is being worked on and which customers are having problems with. This helps us focus our efforts to fix those issues sooner rather than later.
