I like how it automatically updates my work orders in case of any changes to them as well as any new ones are created. It's very easy for me to view all information regarding an equipment item by navigating through various screens. Sometimes when you're going back and forth between screens with different tabs open there can be some confusion as to which screen you need to go back to depending on what tab you were just on before. Nothing really at this point though. I'm using it mostly as inventory management system so I don't interact heavily with the actual maintenance side but am able to see everything needed from one place including work order status, scheduled items etc. I like many other things about this system but one thing for me has been difficult to find with another programs was it's ability or lack of an easy way (or any)to create reports in order so we can easily track all our jobs throughout out building(apartments/hotels). Other than those few issues everything else works great! This program helps us keep up date very well as far my experience goes which makes job scheduling easier not having much room time wasting doing paperwork etc..
