Update: A day after closing the rear window, one of the circuit boards along the outer edge of the valve began to leak. I will contact the seller for a refund or exchange. We bought one board through the website and then two through Revain BC, we loved the inflatable board so much. The first board didn't have a guide that the washer goes into to attach the fin, so the length of the screw wasn't long enough to attach it. We had to build something into the rail to raise the shim higher and screw it on so we can't remove it every time we need to store/transport it. The other two boards had a mark and the fin was easy to attach. We ordered two boards of the same color through Revain but received one in the correct color and one in the other color. I decided that I shouldn't bother to return the right thing. If you look at the stitching you can see the marking lines when it was assembled, but other than that they appear to be quality materials. We love the convenience of the inflatable pump. It takes less than 10 minutes. to fill. It ends up being hard to pump and two people make it faster/easier. The pressure gauge will not appear until you have been pumping for a while. Just go ahead and it will start registering PSI. Ours came with black waterproof bags but you can't see them closing to make them waterproof. We just flip them a couple of times and attach the clamps to the board. I contacted the company directly about a fin issue with the first board we bought direct from their website and spoke to someone who said they hadn't heard of the issue. Before. He wanted to send a longer screw and a new pump as it didn't register PSI and appeared to be broken but I never got an email reply or parts. The other two pumps work great. We will call again to see if we can replace this board.
