Review on TEJATAN by Alexander Craner

As a consumer who patronized TEJATAN for the purchase of home and kitchen goods, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the products that I received in my order. Although the website was simple to navigate and offered a wide variety of things, I was disappointed to find that the real products did not live up to my expectations. The hardware for window treatments that I bought turned out not to be as strong as I had imagined it would be, and it did not hold up very well over time. The home decor goods were another letdown since, despite looking fantastic on the online, they did not live up to their reputation when seen in person. The colors were lifeless and had lost their vibrancy, and the materials had a low-quality appearance. To make matters even worse, the items did not arrive in good shape, and the shipping took a very long time. Unfortunately, several of the home decor pieces were broken, which made the process of returning them more difficult and caused more frustration. Although the customer service representatives at TEJATAN were pleasant and made an effort to be helpful, the low quality of the products left a sour taste in my mouth. Due to the fact that the things I purchased from TEJATAN did not meet the standards that were presented on the website, I do not recommend that other people shop there.
