Would highly recommend Procassa, great customer service and always helpful

The ability to create custom reports within Procas that are very easy to use with excellent support from our Accountant Manager who was able to answer all of my questions quickly! Nothing as far as I can see at this point in time but would be happy if they were more flexible when it comes to their system requirements (we run Windows Server 2008). We have been using procasa since we started working together over 10 years ago so there has not really even needed an upgrade yet - just some minor tweaks here or there depending mainly how you organize your data/reports etc.

How well integrated everything is, user interface for reporting & record keeping.how simple things seem once fully grasped by both sides i.e., client / consultant's side..the only downsides being lack options where other apps provide them such "unified inbox" which seems like most people expect these days..otherwise no real
