Review on Sony WIC400/L Wireless Behind-Neck In-Ear Headphones, Blue by Richard Marriott

Outstanding battery life

I had to give up my Samsung Ulevel Pro because the battery was too short but they lasted 4 years so can't complain. Here's what I like: The battery life is close to 10 hours. The sound is good. The cord's length is adjustable, so you don't have to dangle as much (which could perhaps be considered the equivalent of a retractable feature). Very easy. There were no complaints that callers couldn't hear me. Here's what I don't like: The cords and band are flimsy which makes it feel cheap and makes me wonder about the durability. The volume buttons are on the back, I have to press the bottom one to increase the volume and vice versa. The power button should be a slide switch, not a 3 second hold button. The buttons are all on the same side and are so close together it's hard to tell which is which. The strap doesn't fit your shoulders (like my Samsung Ulevel Pro) and rides up a bit in the front in most cases. No vibration to indicate power on/off or incoming calls. The laces come out of the strap from the inside, so you have to constantly search for the cord to pull it out from under the strap to put the earbud back in your ear. It seems the bad outweighs the good, but with the battery lasting all workday, this is my book's keeper. I still miss my Samsung Ulevel Pro.
