I felt pretty good when I started installing it in my SUV as the top loops easily bypassed the headset and snapped shut (although they could definitely tighten in a bigger one - I put the slack under the headrest). But after much effort to attach the bottom hooks to something, I gave up and hid them under the second row floor mats. There is literally nothing in my SUV to plug them into. There are many electrical components under the seat, ventilated seat components, etc. Nowhere to hang! For the price I still think it's a decent product and it does the job well enough for my needs. But it might be a small design change for more modern SUVs with more underseat components you don't want to hold onto.
