I rebuilt a Husqvarna 4WD engine that my neighbor threw away because "it won't start". Turns out the carbs were weed-laden because they used a "similar" filter from a big store. This allowed small grass splinters to get into the carburetor throat and eventually stop working. This filter fits perfectly almost like "snaps" with a tight fit, no leaks. This is very important as the filter has an easy vertical orientation, is tight to the air intake and has to support its own weight. this is not one of those cases. OEM costs extra money.
