Great. My wife was very skeptical about microwave chicken. We followed directions today with 4 pounds of chicken that we boiled for 30 minutes and then let sit covered for 10 minutes. It was as tender, evenly cooked and moist as one could ask for and twice as fast as a halogen oven.
