I ordered this product because it said it was compatible with Windows 10, easy to plug and play, no software required. Well, it's not plug and play if you don't have the app. I installed the app's media player and it required a DVD subscription. If I used a real player it would be the same, but I wanted the money to work and it didn't work at all with Windows Media Player. When I checked the support site it was an unsafe Chinese site so I wouldn't fall for it. I couldn't get it to burn the CD, it took forever to trigger the DVD and it was just useless. I returned it. Consider this fair warning.
