I was very happy with it but very disappointed. The two metal spike size options are not long enough for dogs with a lot of hair (like our Bernadoodle) or dogs with long hair (like our German Shepherd). The shock variety doesn't seem to phase the dog at all and he's usually very sensitive. Even if he shot it to the end, he did nothing. The vibration was the only thing that caught his attention, and then hardly ever. I was very disappointed with that. The remote control is fantastic, love the lock function as my 18 month old son plays with it like a phone and I don't want dogs getting hurt or annoyed. Wouldn't buy this again.
