I've been using it for 6 months now. The upholstery on the seat and back is worn. As a result, the lumbar support is always "pushed out" at the back. But the WORST thing about this chair is its design. The way they implemented the tilt feature is terrible. When in reclined mode, the whole chair wobbles horribly from side to side, as if the screws holding the chair to the base were loose. After looking for loose screws and not finding any, I finally found out that the problem was with the tilt mechanism and couldn't be fixed (at least I don't see a way to fix it). So now I either have an uncomfortable chair that either doesn't rock like crazy unless I recline, or I recline and it rocks. I can't verify how it's built/constructed and despite the high ratings when I bought it, they now seem incredibly out of place!
