Not worth it, good for child safety gear
The horn was very high pitched and I wasn't expecting that from something with a flaming V8. Think of a squeaky dog toy, not a clown horn. Regardless of the noise, my kids turned off the engine, removed the hoop/bellows, and flipped the clip over after about 3 days of normal play. Find something stronger and save money doing it.
