My wife and I used a cheap plastic toothbrush holder that became...well, let's just say gross. It was difficult to keep clean. Sturdy and heavy, this toothbrush holder is a nice, inexpensive upgrade. The design is simple but appealing. It has an earthy matte finish and comes with a disc that we placed inside to absorb moisture and keep it clean. A small bamboo stick fits on top and is handy for keeping two toothbrushes separate. Alternatively, you can place a toothbrush on one side of the pen and a tube of toothpaste on the other side. We got rid of old plastic forever. I expect this new toothbrush holder will last for many years.
