I don't bother to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so for this product. I was so excited about the idea of making a quick smoothie just for me or my family. We received the product 1 day after ordering (cool). Turn it on and let it charge for 8 hours before using it. I first made a smoothie for my son, everything was fine. Super easy to use. I start blending my own smoothie and it dies in 10 seconds. I clean it (very easily) I give it the benefit of the doubt because I think I haven't charged enough. So I let it charge for 24 hours. try again this morning, clicks for 10 seconds and dies again processing frozen berries (less than 2.5cm tall according to the instructions). Very disappointed as I now have to use a large blender to make it.
