For around $50 for a ratchet you can expect top quality. Well it's basically a poorly made FW with a lot of hook points making it a "cool" sound that will appeal to some people (younger ones I guess).The feel of this FW is terrible however, when you turn the handle you can feel the pawls don't even engage all at once due to poor manufacturing tolerance.The however internal friction is really too high This may be due to the preservative oil used in its manufacture Finally, and the biggest problem, it rotates to one side and causes large changes in chain tension BOTH when pedaling and coasting My $20 DnP fw doesn't work it on the same bike I returned it.
