I've had this product for about 3 months. Overall not bad. It feels good in the hand, but overall it lacks craftsmanship. To give you an idea of how often I use it, I open about 30-40 bottles of wine a night, 5-6 nights a week. I would not recommend this product. The pin holding the corkscrew came loose and the wine key stopped working. The foil cutter also became blunt after the first month. In my experience, plain wine keys are a much better option. Fewer. This makes them fit better in the pants. And they last much longer than this cheap product. I would stay away UPDATE: After discussing the issue with the support staff, it turned out that they were completely disorganized with their team and were unable to complete the exchange as per their guarantee promise. Stay away. This company is a waste of time.
