Review on ContactPro Hosted Dialler by Jeremy Meza

It has a great interface and excellent documentation. However, some things aren't explained very well (such as how to connect the Dialler to a phone system). Other problems: 1) You need to pay extra if you want to use the service when you're already paying for a phone line. 2) There's no way to add extensions to the number so you can still make calls to non-ContactPro numbers. 3) Call forwarding doesn't seem to work on weekends or holidays. 4) A lot of people don't answer their phones, even though it says they should. 5) The scripts have trouble reading the caller ID correctly. 6) Many phone lines are assigned by area code, not individual extension, making it hard to dial a number that you only have a partial number for. 7) It is difficult to import contacts into the contact database. 8) People often get the wrong information about when they will receive the next script. 9) Even if you give the script to them before they call, they sometimes won't answer their phones. 10) Sometimes people say they didn't understand the script, even after asking many clarifying questions. 11) It seems like there are a lot of bugs in the system.
