Review on eufy Smart Lock with Wi-Fi Bridge - Keyless Entry Door Lock, App Control, Bluetooth Electronic Deadbolt, BHMA Certified - IPX3 Weatherproof, Electronic Keypad by Bishop Terry

We have had several Eufy cameras and have had for about 2 years, so naturally when we moved into our newly built home we decided to install locks on the garage entrance and front door. We chose the Bluetooth version for the garage as access to this door is more restricted than the front and for the front we chose a smart lock with WiFi bridge. Front door lock suuuuuu! At first it was great, now it doesn't connect to the bridge, or the bridge doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, choose for yourself which one doesn't work during the day. Also, the lock keeps "jamming", it says it can't open, it hasn't gotten stuck before, but now even manually unlocking it from the inside forces us to agonize over turning the handle back to the unlocking position, than whether the locking mechanism/motor that opens the bolt is jammed. To add insult to injury, he often also says he's stuck when actually he's not, or he just says he can't lock/unlock but if you enter the code 986578 times it suddenly opens coincidentally. Conversely, a garage door lock that is Bluetooth only will have NONE of these issues! We will most likely request a replacement at this point to at least rule out a bad lock/bridge. We specifically chose to have a Wi-Fi lock on the front door so our parents would have their own codes and be able to easily get in and out of our house when they are in town and staying with us and we get notifications on our phone who opened the door on the code entered and we can make sure the door is locked wherever we are while the bluetooth lock does not allow remote access. Can't say I don't fully recommend at this point, I'll update as we try to figure out the issue and Eufy's suggested fix.
