I was a bit skeptical about the usefulness of this device but found it worked great. You charge it with a USB cable and basically use it to track a flying insect and connect to it during flight. You will hear a crackling sound as the insect hits the web's charged wires. This "tennis racket" fly swatter works on slow moving insects like moths and stink bugs - flies and mosquitoes are less reliable - I'm not sure the light on it actually attracts insects; It's more like you have to intercept them (or get past them from behind) as they fly.
