Review on Instanta CMMS by John Jones

We love that it's easy to use, even if you're not tech savvy! The customer support team are amazing as well - they really do want your business!! It has made our life so much easier when managing multiple sites with different contracts/permits etc., all in one place at once without having several spreadsheets floating around my desktop PC or phone storage space taking up valuable real estate. I'd like more options of customizing reports but we have managed this since its launch back 3 years ago now & there hasn't been any major updates which could be improved upon yet from what i've seen? This software was worth every penny spent because no other product offers such simplicity within their scope nor does anyone else offer cloud-based solutions either. !
