Pros: Very cheap alarm Loaded with safety features: Dual shock sensor Panic Valet mode Emergency button Programmable for remote controls Sounds horn and siren together or either auxiliary function can be upgraded (truck unlock/windows ) Keyless upgradeable (Omega 4.4 door lock kit) - I like this feature. Cons: Components appear to be of poor quality (except for the small siren. The siren feels bulky) Ugly remote controls Limited range, about 60 feet. Two different types of remotes that use two different types of batteries - phew! The shock sensor is sometimes too sensitive - Heavy audio bass or lightning will trigger the alarm, but if the rear of the car ends with the rear bumper, it will NOT always trigger. You may need a rear impact sensor. The miniature beep is very faint (NOT loud). Some of its changing tones are shockingly too soft to be effective. Conclusion: Recommended for users with a limited budget. Hell, it works reliably despite its shortcomings! (1+ year in service and still working). Bought two, one as a spare. Mine is still working perfectly as of May 7th, 2015. It was installed in mid-2013.
