Late delivery day and use of soft material.

One day delay from the time the goods should have been shipped and delivered. When first used, all 3 tabs bent like plasticine. The main bolt was bent because I had to hit it with a hammer to crack the case. But it did the job, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
