I feel the need to clarify right off the bat that although this is not my first purchase of Dyson goods, it is the first one made from the official online store. Therefore, if after hearing what was mentioned you all of a sudden decide to get their items, and they are nice - styler, hair dryer, vacuum cleaners previously - you are making a wise choice. then shop elsewhere, but avoid doing so at their OFFICIAL STORE location. THE WORST SERVICE that you could ever find: 1) Delivery. They use SDEK couriers, all of whom are completely incapable of speaking 2022 (a screenshot of the correspondence can be found here). Delivery took 1.5 weeks. And this was the first time the messenger had any trouble understanding where he was supposed to go or what he was supposed to convey. And this happened to them a second time with their documents. (Take a look at the picture; they are looking for paperwork.) 2) A service of support. It didn't take long for someone to disprove my hypothesis that Dyson was Apple's successor. The customer service is terrible; they don't respond to e-mails, they hang up when you call them, and they delay deliveries. In most cases, I remain silent when it comes to additional issues with the gadget (see below). They will rotate you through several different employees over the course of several weeks. It's not just me, either; if you check the reviews on their cleaners, you'll see that a lot of people have tied the knot after using them. 3) The type of the apparatus. When you spend sixty thousand on a vacuum cleaner, you anticipate receiving an item that is flawless and that has been carefully packaged. In point of fact, a defective vacuum cleaner was delivered, and the entire interior was caked in grime and dust (see accompanying photo). And plastic is worthy of special consideration; it's covered in flashes much like a toy from China. 4) Getting married was the cherry on top of the cake for our property purchasing procedure. In the end, it became clear that all of that time spent waiting was for nothing. There is absolutely no suction coming from the vacuum cleaner. After all, since the goods are verified at other places, the 2022 Dyson presumably believes that this step is superfluous. As a consequence of this, we are currently awaiting a very long string of calls from engineers who are sending us one after the other for various examinations, returns, and the like.
