I like that it is easy to use, has many different features with customization options available as well so you can tailor your software exactly how YOU want/need; there are also some great online training courses offered by this product which helps ensure proper usage of all aspects throughout its lifetime (as long term users we have found ourselves using more than just what was initially intended).

There could be better documentation in regards to customizing reports or creating new ones if needed - but overall an excellent system without any significant issues at present time being reported from our clinic's user base who uses these tools daily within their practices across multiple states along side other office management systems such as DMS Health etc.; however most problems encountered were resolved via support staff assistance rather then seeking out alternative solutions elsewhere outside traditional avenues when troubleshooting occurred during initial deployment phase into clinics' offices where they had.
