The utensils are very nice. The olive wood has beautiful grain and patterns, each different. They seem very sturdy and the selection of utensils is good. These items com oiled (I assume with olive oil) and must be washed carefully and re-oiled each time they are used. I down-rated them for this compared to other plastic and stainless steel utensils, and not other wooden utensils. Compared to other utensils of wood they are probably a 4 if 3 is average. This is because the wood is hard, while many other wooden utensils are made of softer woods. I would definitely recommend them.
