It's very easy to use with great customer support! I like how they keep me updated about my account status without feeling pushed or spammed too much by emails/text messages as well. Sometimes it takes them awhile to respond but not often at this time (as far back in 2018). The system has been working flawlessly since we started using it almost 2 years ago now so there isn't anything really bad coming up from our side yet either which makes sense considering what an awesome product we have here!! We are able to see exactly where each vehicle spends its days while parked whether indoor parking lot / outdoor park etc.. This helps us know when vehicles need oil changes before having someone come out just because you can tell if anyones driving through one area more than another easily enough.
