We have used this grid to hold bins and coolers securely to a hitch mounted bracket. We've ridden over 3,000 miles with this net but have also used bungees underneath right on the trash cans. We took it off everyday and the clips were pretty easy to use although I took them off every time I took them off as they were hanging from a bungee otherwise the net would get tangled. For what we needed him for, he did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. If you use it regularly I suspect it won't be very durable and I'm not sure I can comfortably use it without securing the weight with something else, especially when using it with a card holder.
