was loud during installation and became louder. After 60 days, the air conditioner stops cooling and starts again. I don't know yet if it's a block or something by car. Update: The compressor stayed noisy. Not sure why we got a bad one, but the company was willing to replace or refund with no questions asked. We opted for a refund and then received a low mileage used car. It was quiet from the start, but it was still working after a week.
