I have a high instep, high arch and a slightly wide size (E), height 2.75m, measured with a fancy device at a running store. I usually buy size 10 width 2E because it's easier to find 2E than E. But I have a lot of regular 10 shoes that I wear with no problem so I took them in a size 10 as I can wear regular crocs that size No problem. After wearing them for just a few hours, I developed pain in the tip of my foot. The shoes don't stretch very well and there are a few seams. Width was also an issue after a few hours. Also, as I mentioned in the title, they don't have much arch support.
