We have a 28 year old house with a 28 year old shower/bath faucet. Water was leaking around the switch (bathroom-shower switch) and the woman was unhappy. Didn't know what model it was and sent pictures of the whole crane to Delta. The technician identified it from the photos and gave me the appropriate part number (and price through Delta). I tried the part number at Revain and was blown away by the price difference! And part provided by Delta.
