You need a steady hand
Overall I like this product. I can scan parts of a large page and then use Photoshop Elements to stitch the parts together into a panorama of the original. However, you need a steady hand and an extremely flat surface to use it. It works best on completely flat surfaces, but when scanning from a book, the text tends to become wavy unless the book is completely flat.
