2015 F350 Truck: I professionally installed this Moog trackbar ball joint because I didn't want to spend a half day and 3 trips to Harbor Freight, plus probably $100 for new DIY tools. I installed the Moog rail myself and it took about 30 minutes but the alignment was wrong and the factory ball joint moved too easily when the rail was removed. It was obvious that the ball joint was part of the Deathwing problem. I've also previously replaced the steering stabilizer with a Bilstien, which basically eliminates the wobble, but I just wanted to make sure the suspension was bulletproof. I used to have a tire shop installing ball joints on freight elevators and the manual says it's a three hour job for a professional. At a factory rate of $130 an hour, the job cost about $400 plus leveling. The store said the main cause of my truck's fatal sway was 3 faulty tie rods which they identified. I made them do it at the same time. After the tie rod, tie rods, steering stabilizer and ball joint, the suspension is completely eliminated. Total repairs to my truck = $1,000 plus a portion of my time. I love my truck again!
