Review on 🔧 Enhanced Work Sharp WSSA00033300 Upgrade Kit by Keith Bradley

I've tried a few sets and this is the best I've found. Diamond blades cut and remove metal, allowing you to get down to business much faster than ceramic blades. The only thing I wish was a grit of around 1200. The 800 in this update is great, but it's not a mirrored edge. However, the belt ensures that this is an incredibly sharp knife. A minor complaint, but he's absolutely more than capable of sharpening any knife I've ever thrown at him. I've tried a few other sharpeners and while they're all good at certain things, this one is the best and most versatile. The Sharpmaker is great for touching up, but without spending another $50 you can't really give a new edge, and then you have to buy an ultra-thin edge to really give it a mirror-like edge. The result is almost twice as expensive.
