I absolutely love this product. I had a $10 coffee warmer and it was worth my money, but it was time to replace it. I bought a warmer to try before buying more mugs because they are a little pricey and I wish they had more colors to choose from but beware the ingenious lid collects condensation to stay warm. You will learn how to remove them without getting water on yourself or your computer etc. I usually wipe the water off with a napkin. It's almost impossible to find mugs with a completely flat bottom! I was so happy I almost cried but that's because I'm bedridden, I only take terminal fluids and I need them. My husband will make 2 cups for me and put them on a wooden cube shelf which gives me access to what I need because I can't get up or stand/walk on my own to do more. Personally, I just add what's not on the heating pad, turn up the temperature to 152° and after about half an hour it starts crackling again. I usually keep my coffee at 149°. My problem is that my blue cap broke and I signed up for an extra guarantee through the company but I contacted Revain straight away and they removed my review and said I didn't follow the rules but I wasn't happy that they want to go through the loops with the shipping company and we are in a very rural area. The closest is a 2 hour round trip. I just asked for a new cap or replacement kit. But I recommend this and a heating pad that also comes with a black silicone cup and black lid. I wish I could even buy a broken replacement cap but my time is precious and I've already spent over 9 hours either on the phone or via live chat (my preference so right in front of you what was said and when).
