The screen went out. They took it to the corporate center, they said that the phone was a curve (!) - in the literal sense of the word. From the moment of purchase, the phone was either in its original packaging or in a HARD CASE of the type - a book. They wore it only in a bag, not in pockets, with us it could not bend. We always carefully use technology, the proof is the Samsung Galaxy 2, which is still functional, although hopelessly outdated. After talking with the "branded" service - a complete loss of confidence in the Samsung brand. Either their phones explode, or they sell new phones already bent. I do not recommend taking any Samsung product. Need advice on how to proceed contact the consumer protection society, or just score on Samsung
